How does pricing for individual API requests work?
Each paid plan includes monthly usage credits. Beyond that, you pay per-token at upstream model rates plus a flat 10% routing fee. Detailed per-model pricing is on the Models page and TokenHub dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain paid-tier access until then and revert to Free thereafter. Full details in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Are there free trials on paid plans?
Yes — Pro includes a 14-day free trial for new accounts. You can cancel during the trial without being charged.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. We also support cryptocurrency payments via Coinbase Commerce in the desktop client. Bank transfer for Enterprise.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits / education / open source?
